We offer complimentary shipping on all US domestic purchases over $50. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order should typically arrive between 3-5 business days.

As with all skincare products, it may take a few weeks for your skin to adapt naturally and for you to see visible results. Please be patient in your skin journey, and contact us at any time if you have questions about your French Farmacie ritual. We do offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if you're not fully satisfied. To initiate a return, please email hello@frenchfarmacie.com with your order information.
