Shipping and Returns

We offer complimentary shipping on all US domestic purchases over $50. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order should typically arrive between 3-5 business days. 

As with all skincare products, it may take a few weeks for your skin to naturally adapt and for you to see visible results. Please be patient in your skin journey, and contact us at any time if you have questions about your French Farmacie ritual.  We do offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email hello@frenchfarmacie.com with your order information. 

CANADA: We are delighted to offer our products to Canada and want to make sure you are making the best selection for your skin needs. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery, however, we are not able to provide shipping labels or reimbursements for shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order should typically arrive between 6-10 business days. Our products are made in the USA, therefore should not be subject to Canadian duties under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). However, please kindly note: French Farmacie is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues and we do not include any duties or fees in our shipping cost. You will be responsible for any fees. French Farmacie does not accept returns of products due to nonpayment of duties or fees. Your shipping provider will reach out to you via your provided contact information should you owe any fees. We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees. 

All purchases are made in $USD and will be subject to Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes, calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: We are grateful for the interest from customers all over the world and are actively working on partnering with international retailers. We do not ship internationally at this time (outside of the United States and Canada), but please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook for international shopping updates.
